» Woman on the left
Touching her hair. In evolutionary biology, this was a gesture used to unleash pheromones which had been produced around the neck region.
Smiling and playing with tongue. Smiling is used to show to others that you are no threat and are comfortable with the situation.
Head slightly tilted downwards. Tilting the head downwards triggers a reflex in human beings similar to seeing a dog puppy or a new born child. It forces you to look down towards the other person and gives the other person the impression of being helpless needing protection.
Knee pointing towards you. In many social settings you will notice that women point their knees or just feet towards the person they find the most interesting in that moment. This is a very subtle indicator and should therefore be not overrated.
Palm display. Her right hand touching her hair also displays a part of her palm, which is generally a gesture used to show you're innocent (e.g. "putting your hands up in the air", "shrugging shoulders"). In this case it could be an invitation for you to approach.
» Woman in the middle
Finger touching the face. This is a so-called "evaluation gesture" which often can be seen by politicians while listening to others or just students in class trying to comprehend something.
Leg display. She lifts her leg up higher to display it. Similar gestures are also done by many animals to display their health and well-being.
Shoulder display. Her dress slipped down and is showing her right shoulder. Similar to the leg display, but here the main intention is simply to show more skin and get you attracted.
Mouth gesture. The contraction of the muscles surrounding her mouth similar to while kissing could be a further subtle indicator that she is attracted.

Big smile. She is smiling but she might not be smiling at you. Maybe she is just having a good time or she just laughed about a joke.
Cleavage. Showing more skin can be a sign of attraction, but this time it also could not be aimed specifically at you.
So, which woman should I approach?
Approaching the woman on the left should be easy and will go pretty smooth, she seems quite attracted. You could use some the techniques explained here to maximize your chances.
The woman in the middle also seems very interested even though she still might be a little bit unsure. Having a great conversation with her will do the trick.
The woman on the right shows the least interested body language. Probably she is just playing along with her girlfriends but there might not be much attraction for you.
